One thing you'll notice in the Japanese public rest rooms are the lack of soap dispensers (particularly that in the train stations). So when you want to make sure your hands are nice and clean when you leave, you'll need to bring your own. This is a handy paper soap dispenser that makes it tons easier than carrying a small soap bottle or disinfectant around.
