| BCBA3580 Mobile Suit Gundam II ~ GUNDAM 30th ANINIVERSARY COLLECTION (Region 2) |
Number in stock: 1 Weight: 200 g. Price: $35.00
Product type: DVD (*zoned for Region Code 2*)
(What is this?)
This is where it all began! The original Gundam TV anime started a revolution in narrative 'giant robot' storytelling, with a cast of bold, realistically human characters and robots that obeyed (at least internally consistent) laws of physics. Names since enshrined in legend: Amuro, Char, Fraw Bow, Ramba Ral, Zeon, Zaku, and of course the Mobile Suit Gundam itself all star in this compilation film that takes the best of the original TV animated series and puts it on display with updated and reanimated footage, reproduced in a remastered version from the original 1981 cinematic release of the film. This DVD contains the second film of the trilogy based on the anime, is Region 2 encoded and contains both English and Japanese subtitles. 137 minutes long, from Bandai Visual.

| HNK002 Japanese Custom Made Stamp ~ Rectangle 1.5 inch Hanko |
Custom Order Item Weight: 100 g. Price: $9.50
Product type: Custom Japanese Hanko (Name Stamp)
Hanko, or name stamps, are a big part of the difference between Japan and the West, and when you "sign" an important document you always do it with one of these stamps. Here's a very flexible custom-printed stamp that will allow you to create just about any message you want in Japanese!
This stamp is wide enough to allow you up to 8 characters of Japanese (either kanji, hiragana or katakana) per line, allowing for more complex words and phrases. You can also add additional lines, allowing you to create a larger stamp three lines high, for example one that was 8 characters by three lines for a total of 24 characters. English letters can also be typeset, 14 characters per line. Here are three examples:
| The wider stamp is recommend if you have a longer Japanese name that won't fit easily into one of the other stamps. For example, Chieko Hasegawa. |
You could choose a simple Japanese phrase that you wanted for your stamps, like "arigato" (thank you). |
| Make a stamp of your favorite Japanese quote. This one is "You're not going to die. I will protect you" from Evangelion. |
Or recreate your favorite Haruhi Suzumiya line, like "I have no interest in normal human beings." |
| You can also get English letters typeset, 14 characters per line. Note that if a word is cut off, it will have to be moved to the next line down. |
As with the other custom name stamps, the native Japanese staff of J-List will be happy to work with you to get just the right phrase created for you. After adding this item to your shopping cart you can type comments to the J-List staff and we'll verify the characters you want before finalizing the order. We also humbly request a pronunciation guide for all unique spellings of names.
Because the stamps are custom made by a company here in Japan, please allow 2-4 weeks for your name stamp to be made.

| Super Dimension Fortress Macross is one of the iconic 80s animes, crossing a love story with the backdrop of a massive human alien war. Many will recognize the transformable jet fighters (Veritech Fighters), especially the VF-1J fighter, which is featured on the introduction sequence of every episode. For those who love the series, Revoltech has just the figure you're looking for - the VF-1A Valkyrie itself. With multiple movable joints, this figure also includes a number of accessories from removable hands, guns, booster armor, and a stand, allowing you to pose it dramatically in order to create just the effect you're looking for. Best of all, you can actually transform these figures into the various modes to make the series come that much closer to your home. Another fantastic must have item available from Japan.

Product type: Magazine subscription (monthly)

| A perfect supplement to Shoxx magazine, this is Cure, an ultra hip, oversized J-rock magazine dedicated to avid fans of Japanese punk and gothic culture. Coining itself as a "Japaneseque Rock and Visual Styling Magazine," it's a wonderful trip to a rare underground youth culture with dark themes, rebelliously wild fashion, and a vibrant energy that can only be recreated by attending the concerts these bands perform in. Each issue dedicates itself to an unheard of 20-30 pages for a band of the moment, complete with drool worthy pictures perfect for scanning on your desktop or adorning you walls and gives you the latest and greatest of new and up coming bands. Wacky candid moments and backstage behind the scenes passes provide a humorous as well as human element to their otherwise Godly appearance to bring you closer to these superstars. Although the text is written in the original Japanese language we highly recommend this magazine for the tons of vibrant photos and extras (such as the large poster of the cover band) you'll receive with each issue. If you love Japanese J-rock, we highly recommend purchasing this reserve subscription to get future issues delivered directly to your door. A great monthly magazine to add to your collection. Each issue is perfect bound (no staple) to look great on a shelf. This magazine subscription can be purchased on a revolving basis (where we'll reserve and bill each issue as it comes in) or annually (for a flat fee w/ SAL shipping included).
Note: if you purchase the "revolving magazine subsciption" option, we will send each issue to you automatically until you ask us to stop.
