(He was famous for being the samurai who wore Western boots.) This T-shirts puts a cool 'fro on Ryoma's head, and displays the slogan he embraced, "Wakon Yosai," translatable as "Japanese Spirit, Western Technology," which pretty much sums up the last 150 years of Japan. Domo-kun is the most loveable little Japanese monster around, and our Domo-kun T-shirts have been loved by fans (and kittens) for years. We now make our popular "Domo-kun Mouth" T-shirt in new youth sizes, allowing the smaller fans of Japan's public broadcasting network NHK's official mascot to wear them.
