Making sushi has never been easier thanks to this large FUTOMAKI shaper. This set contains 2 long polypropylene trays plus a rounded cover to use as tools for tackling this task. To use, grab the middle sized tray and fill it half way with rice, then in the center, fill it with your choice of ingredients, fish, shrimp, cucumber, egg, even strips of beef or pork too! Afterwards, cover with another layer of rice and use the cover to compress and shape the sushi into a roll. When done, invert on to your seaweed, empty and roll into a nice completed sushi roll.
