We love the traditional bento boxes from Hakoya because they capture the spirit of Japan's boxed lunch culture in a way no other company can. Here's a new 2-tier chirimen (kimono fabric) colored bento box that's just beautiful, yet also very functional. There are two sections, both of which seal to avoid any spills, and you can put rice in the lower section and meat, vegetables and other okazu (side dishes) in the top one. There's a lid which is useful as a tray when eating, and an elastic band to hold everything closed.

The bento box measures 6 x 3 x 3 inches (8 x 8 x 15 cm), and is microwave safe (remove the lid first). (instock)
